Today I went out with the Trueba's to The Black Labrador in the heights and I have to say
the weather was perfect!
Since the beginning of time everyone who is a photographer knows that when you have
a session with small children you have to keep them entertained or it will all end in an
inevitable meltdown. I have been taking photographs of little David since he came out of
the oven and mom and dad always have a plan. Today they did something different because in
just a couple of days David will be turning four and he's a big boy now! (gasp) During the session they kept telling him "tenemos tu sopresita en el carro" (We have your little surprise in the car).
I was expecting to do the usual and get some awesome family portraits but towards the end of our session they brought out his surprise and I had the opportunity to capture the moment when he saw it. It was really neat to see his reaction, so here it goes. :)
Moral of the story: Incentivize. :p I mean, who doesn't like it right?
